We are golf purists first. Every individual allowed into a Greenside Reserve field carries a mutual responsibility to protect the integrity of our society and the courses that host us.
Pace of Play: We play ready-golf. Our fields are expected to set an exemplary pace of play, strictly adhering to a sub-4-hour standard for a foursome.
Course Etiquette: We believe in leaving a golf course in better condition than we found it. Meticulous care—fixing ball marks, replacing divots, and smoothing bunkers—is non-negotiable.
Club Tradition: We are guests at some of the finest private and destination clubs in the world. We strictly honor traditional country club dress codes and deeply respect the unique culture of every host venue.
Verified Handicap: To ensure competitive integrity and seamless play, all participants are required to maintain a current, active USGA handicap index.
The Application Process
Because our fields and destination travel allocations are strictly limited to ensure a premium experience, entry into Greenside Reserve events is managed through a selective vetting process.
Step 1: Submit Your Application
Fill out our brief digital application detailing your professional background, current occupation, and active USGA/GHIN handicap index. We are looking for a highly aligned collective of business leaders, entrepreneurs, and investors who share a profound respect for the traditions and etiquette of the game.
Step 2: Review & Admission Notification
Once submitted, our committee will review your profile for professional and cultural alignment. You will receive a direct email regarding your admission status into the Society database within 48 hours.
Step 3: Private Field Allocations
Upon approval, you will begin receiving exclusive invitations and private digital allocations for our upcoming regional and national events. Because our absolute goal is to prioritize quality over quantity, fields are kept intentionally small and spots are filled on a strict first-come, first-served basis.
