The Application & Network Process

1. Submit Application & Compliance Agreement

Fill out our initial registry form to verify your status as a business leader, provide your active USGA handicap index, and include the name of your sponsoring member. If you do not have a sponsoring member, our admissions committee will schedule a brief personal interview. By submitting, you also formally agree to maintain an exemplary pace of play, adhere strictly to traditional country club dress codes, and uphold all host course rules.

2. Efficient Onboarding Review

Our team handles a quick, straightforward review of your background and golf data to ensure alignment with our partner club standards. Once verified, you will receive a welcome email containing your network credentials and all the essential information you need to begin booking rounds and utilizing our corporate guidelines.

3. Concierge Booking & Private Events

Simply contact our dedicated concierge desk with your requested itinerary. Your concierge will manage your request end-to-end, sending over available tee times at our exclusive host clubs, handling centralized corporate billing and accommodations, and sending you personal invitations to our private network events.

Please Note: Network approval does not guarantee individual tee time placement or event entry. All reservations are strictly subject to host club inventory and availability, and requested time slots may be filled.
